Ingredients

  • 200g Soak Chicken peas
  • Ghree
  • 25g Sprinklz Amritsari Pindi Chhole Masala
  • 2pic Tomatoes
  • 2pices Green chilly
  • 1 inch size Ginger
  • Per Taste coriander Leaves, Salt

Instructions

  • Soak 200 gm of white chickpeas for 12 hours (overnight)
  • heat ghee in kadhai
  • later on add soaked white chickpeas
  • and 3 tbsp Sprinklz Pindi Chhole Masala
  • tomatoes, ginger paste and green chillies and saute
  • then simmer it by adding 1/2 liter water
  • salt as per taste
  • After simmering for 20 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve with bhatura or paratha

Notes

Please don't add Onion, Garlic and Turmeric etc.
