Ingredients
- 200g Soak Chicken peas
- Ghree
- 25g Sprinklz Amritsari Pindi Chhole Masala
- 2pic Tomatoes
- 2pices Green chilly
- 1 inch size Ginger
- Per Taste coriander Leaves, Salt
Instructions
- Soak 200 gm of white chickpeas for 12 hours (overnight)
- heat ghee in kadhai
- later on add soaked white chickpeas
- and 3 tbsp Sprinklz Pindi Chhole Masala
- tomatoes, ginger paste and green chillies and saute
- then simmer it by adding 1/2 liter water
- salt as per taste
- After simmering for 20 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve with bhatura or paratha
Notes
Please don't add Onion, Garlic and Turmeric etc.
