Jammu Rajma Masala
Ingredients : 200 gms. Red Kidney Beans, Clarified Butter, 1 Tomato, 1 tsp Cayenne, Pepper (Kashmiri Mirch), 20 gms. Sprinklz Jammu Rajma Masal4, Salt to Taste, Corriander Leaves.
Directions for use : Wash and Soak 200 gms. Red Kidney Beans in Wat’er Overnight (12 hrs.), Drain the Soaked Water and Rinse the Beans In Fresh Water, In a Pan Heat Clarified Butter, Add the Kidney Beans Chopped Tomato”, tsp Cayenne Pepper and 20 gms. Sprinklz Jammu Rajma Masala, Savte Well.’ Now add 1/2 ltr. Water and Salt as per Taste. Stir and Simmer for Sometime. Once Cooked, Garnish with Coriander Leaves, Serve Hot with Steamed R ice.
Note: Please do not add Onion, Garlic and Turmeric.
