Kolkata Puchka Masala

Ingredients : Potato 0.5 kg, Coriander Leaves, Black Chickpeas (Kala Chana), Salt as per Taste, Sprinklz Kolkata Puchka Masala 50 gms.

Directions for use : For Masala Water : Add 3 tbsp Sprinklz Kolkata Puchka Masala and some Coriander Leaves into 1 ltr. Chilled Water. Mix Well.

For Filling : Take Boiled Potatoes in a Bowl, Add Boiled Black Chickpeas and Mash Them Together. Add Sprinklz Kolkata Puchka Masala and Salt as per Taste. Mix Them all Together Properly.

To Serve : Make a Small Hole in the Puris/Puchkas put the Potato Mixture into the Puri, Dip it in the Prepared Masala Water. Serve Immediately
