Mumbai Pav Bhaji
Ingredients : 2 Potatoes. 1 Cup Cauliflower, V, Cup Green Peas, Vs Cup Carrots, 1 Lug Capsicum, Tomatoes, Coriander Laves, Green Chillies, Butter, 25 gnu Sprinklz Mumbai Pav Bhaji Masala and Salt as per Taste
For Pav : 8 Ladi Pass, 4 tbsp Butter.
Direction for use : Boil the cauliflower, peas and carrots till they are soft, Drain out the excess water. Heat the butter in a large pan, add the onion and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes. Then add the prepared chilli & garlic paste and saute till the onion softens. Add the potatoes and simmer till he oil separates. Add the Sprinklz Mu mbai Pay Bhajt Masala, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the boiled vegetables and mash throughly using a potato masher, adding ‘A cup of atcr if required, add salt as per taste.
For Pay : Slice each pay into 2 horizon Fill Apply a little butter to each side. Heat a large lava and cook th pav on both sides till the pieces arc lightly browned.
