Madhubani Fish Curry
Ingredients : 250gm Fish, Mustard Oil, 12gm Sprinklz Madhubani Fish Curry Masala, Garlic, Coriander Leaves Salt to Taste.
Direction fdr use : Wash properly the 250gm fish and marinate it with Turmeric, Salt, Garlic paste and saute/fry in mustard oil. Make paste of garlic & 12gm Madhubani Fish Curry Masala and 100gm water. Sauté paste in left oil till oil comes up and aftmliger of water and salt to taste and add fish simmer it for 20 minute. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve with hot cooked Rice.
