Dum Biryani
Ingredients : 2 Tomato, 250gm Boiled Cauliflower, 250gm Boiled Potatoes, I tbsp. Coriander Seeds, 3 Red Chilies, Vs tbsp. Jeera, tbsp. Hing Powder, 2 tbsp. Sprinklz Sabji Masala.
Directions for use : Heat mustard oil in pan, add coriander seedi chilies, jeera, chopped tomatoes, hing powder, sate then add cauliflower, pots’ u 5 minutes then add 2 tbsp. Sprinklz Sabji Masala and sate for 2 mites an of water and simmer it for 10 to 15 minutes Sprinkle coriander hot.
Note: Please do not add onion & garlic as it will spoil the mixture. But you can add salt according to your taste.
