Andhra Rasam
Ingredients : It hr. Water, 2 Tomatoes, 2 tsp Clarified Butter, 1/2 Black Musta Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Red Chilli, 50 gms. Sprinklz Andhra Rasam Masala, S 0 aste.
Directions for use : Add 30 gms. Sprinklz Andhra Rasam Masala into 1/2 hr. Watecind Allow It – to Boil for about 10-15 Minutes. Heat 2 tbsp Clarified Butter in a Pan. Add 2 dryiled Chillies, Paste of 2 Tomatoes, 1/2 tbsp Black Mustard Seeds, 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida and 20-25 Curry Leaves, Fry Them for Sometime. Add the Tempering into Boiled Water Mixture, Add Salt as per Taste. Stir it well, Let it Cook For Sometime, Late Garnish it with Coriander Leaves. Serve the Rasam with Steamed Rice.
