Chana Masala
Ingredients: 250 gms Kabuli Chana, 2 Tomato, 2 Onion, 6-7 Garlic Clove, 1 Ginger (1 inch size), Ghee, Sprinklz Chana Masala, Salt as per taste, Coriander Leaves.
Directions for use : Soak 250 gms. Kabuli Chana Over night, Heat Ghee in Pressure Cooker then add tomatoes, Onion, Ginger & Garlic Paste & Saute for 5 minutes. Then add 4 tbsp (20-25 gms.) Sprinklz Chana Masala and saute for 2 minutes and then add some water. Add salt and chillies as per taste and simmer it for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Coriander leaves on top and served hot.
Note : Please do not add bay leaf, Turmeric, Coriander seeds, Cumin etc.
