Ingredients : 400gm Paneer, Quarter & 2 Large Onion, 2 tsp 011, 2 Green Chilies Slice, 1 tsp Ginger Paste, 1 tsp Garlic Paste,’/. Cup Cashew nut Paste, V: Cup Yogurt, Vs Cup Cream, Saffron (Kesar) a Pinch, Green Cardamom Powder, V: tsp Sprinklz Kitchen King Masala and Salt as per Taste. ’10
Direction for use : Cut the Paneer into’/: inches wide and 1 inches long piece. Boil to onions in quarter cup of water. Drain and allow cooling then grinding to a fine paste. Heat the oil Kadhai, add the green chilies and boiled onion paste and frying for 3 to 4 minutes on As, heat so it does not get coloured, add the ginger paste and garlic paste and continue to 6yingtfor half minute, add the cashewnut paste and frying for another two minutes, add the yogurt and frying till the absorbed to water. Stir in the cream, saffron, Sprinklz Kitchen King Masala and salt as per taste after that add the paneer and stir gently to mix. Sprinkle green cardamom powder and serve hot.
