Amritsari Pindi Chole
Ingredients : 200 gm White Chickpeas, Ghee, 3 tbsp (25gm) Sprinklz Amritsari Pindi Chhole Masala, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Green Chilli, Ginger (1″ size), Coriander Leaves and Salt as Per Taste.
Direction for use : Soak 200 gm of white chickpeas for 12 hours (overnight), heat ghee in kadhai, later on add soaked white chickpeas, and 3 tbsp Sprinklz Pindi Chhole Masala, tomatoes, ginger paste and green chillies and saute, then simmer it by adding 1/i liter water, salt as per taste. After simmering for 20 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve with bhatura or paratha.
Note : Please don’t add Onion, Garlic and Turmeric etc.
