Ingredients : 20 Potatoes (Small Size), 3pnion, 1 tbsp. Paste of Ginger-Garlic,, Tomatoes, 1/2 tbsp. Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tbsp Sprinklz Degg ki Mirch, 1 tbsp. Sprinkle Garam Masala ,1 tbsp. Fresh Coriander. Direction for use : Peel, wash and prick potatoes. Heat oil in Kadhai and fry potatoes on medium heat till golden brown. Then add onions, fry it till golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp. Sprinklz Garam Masala, 1/2 tbsp. Sprinklz Degg ki Mirch, 1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder, 2 tomatoes and cover the kadhai for 10 minutes stirring in between. After oil comes out of mixture then add little water for thick gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilly strips and ginger strips.
